1. At least one of the authors  in the accepted abstract / paper must make an advanced registration before the deadline of the normal registration (13/November/2021) in order for their paper to be included in the final program of the SEGT 2019 conference. Only the name of the registered author / participant will appear in the SEGT 2020 Certification of Participation.
2. For paper presentation (oral / poster), at least one of the authors (first, corresponding or co-author) should register.

a) If the registered author has additional accepted paper, the charge for the second paper is (USD 250 for international author; VND 5,300,000 for local author). Only one additional paper is permitted for each registered author. (Maximum two papers for a registered author). The presenter for second paper must be the registered author of his/her first paper.

b) The authors who have received the notification of abstract acceptance are recommended to complete the early registration (by 13/October/ 2021).

c) If you would like to attend the SEGT 2020 as a participant (non-author or listener only), not a presenter, the registration is available with reduced fee.

3. To upload your full paper (optional), you must complete registration (before 13/November/2021). Only selected full papers will be recommended for publication in the supporting journals (after normal review process). Article processing charge may be imposed subject to the policy of the particular journal recommended.
4. Online publication in the IOP Conference Series: Earth and Environmental Science (EES) Conference Proceedings will be charged at a rate of USD 55(International participants) or VND 1,250,000 (Local participants).
5. For students, the registered student must be the Corresponding Author of the abstract / paper submitted or registered.
6. Student and listener registration DO NOT include banquet. If the students and listeners want to attend the banquet, they can register with the addition payment during registration (USD 50 for international students and listeners; VND 1,150,000 for local students and listeners).
7. For student, a photocopy of original student ID card and a signed letter from mentor/university confirming the status as a student must be uploaded during the online registration.

1. Accommodation & traveling costs are not included in registration fee, the delegates need to reserve rooms themselves. The delegates are advised to make early reservation due to peak season in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
