1. You are required to register on the Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (CMT) Online System (if haven’t) where you will find further instructions.

2. After the online abstract submission, the author will receive the confirmation email. The author may be requested to revise the  abstract based on the comment/s from the Scientific Committee. For the accepted abstract, notification of acceptance for abstract will be given within 3 weeks after the submission date. The author can choose to participate in the SEGT 2020 as presenting author (oral/poster) with or without full paper submission (full paper submission is optional).
3. For paper presentation (oral / poster), each author can only submit maximum of 2 papers / abstracts. Each paper / abstract should be registered separately. Only one additional paper / abstract is permitted for each registered author with additional charge – USD 55 (International participants) or VND 1,250,000 (Local participants).
4. Author interested to publish full paper in the SEGT 2020 IOP-EES Conference Proceedings can select this option during online full paper submission and registration with an additional fee (usual peer review policies applied).

1. All abstracts must be submitted and presented in good English with accurate grammar and spelling of a quality suitable for publication.
2. Abstract Submitter / Corresponding Author must ensure the abstract is original, not under review for presentation or publication elsewhere and has not been previously presented or published in the same form.
3. Abstract title : limited to 25 words.
   Abstract text: 200-400 words.
4. The authors are encouraged to include the Keywords (4-6 keywords) and Acknowledgement in the online abstract submission. The authors also need to ensure the paper title and the author details (name, number and sequence of the co-authors) are correct since the information will be extracted for SEGT 2020 Conference Program Book.
5. The presenting author is requested to ensure that all co-authors are aware of and agree to the content of the abstract before submission to the SEGT 2020 Secretariat. Submission of an abstract acknowledges your acceptance / agreement for the abstract to be published on the SEGT 2020 Conference website. Abstract Submitter / Corresponding Author grants the Organizers a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable nonexclusive license to use, reproduce, publish, translate, distribute, and display the content.
6. The abstracts (CMT Online submission) can be edited after submission until the submission deadline 25/October/2020.
7. The Scientific Committee of SEGT 2020 will determine whether abstracts will be accepted as oral or poster presentations, with consideration to be given to the author’s preference (the corresponding authors need to email the SEGT 2020 secretariat, segtconference@isegt.org or segtconference@gmail.com if they have preference on the type of presentation by stating the Submission Number. Abstracts will be reviewed and assigned to appropriate sessions.
8. Only the paper of registered presenting authors will be included in the final programme of the SEGT 2020. Abstracts of authors who have not registered for the conference by 13/November/2020 will not be in the program or publication. All the accepted and registered abstract will also be included in SEGT 2020 USB Conference e-proceedings.

1. After receiving the notification of acceptance for abstract, the author are required to prepare the Camera-Ready Abstract according to the template given.
2. Prepare and submit the Camera-Ready Abstract by uploading the files (both .doc and .pdf) in the online SEGT 2020 CMT submission system before 25/OCT/2020. Please use the same submission number as the one you submitted the online abstract.
3. Please upload the CR abstract as follow: Login to SEGT 2020 CMT Submission System > Author Console: Column ‘Actions’ > Upload Camera Ready (save your file with the standard filename: SEGT-CR(3-digit submission number), e.g. SEGT-CR036.

1. Full paper (.doc/.pdf) submission is required for reviewing. All full papers will be peer-reviewed, and accepted ones will be given options* for publication in conference proceedings. Outstanding papers selected through the review process of the SEGT 2020 scientific committee will be recommended for publication in supporting journals, including special issue of ISI-indexed journals.

For authors who have been accepted for poster presentation, please download the poster template (A1 size) available below. This template is just to guide you. You need to print and bring your printed poster with you when you travel to the conference venue. The conference organizers will not have poster printing services.
